Proven R-series wheels like the 57CR, 57DR, and 57XR have earned their reputation across drifting and motorsports—D1GP, FORMULA DRIFT, and beyond. Now the next evolution arrives: the 57NR, engineered to be the strongest wheel in the R series.

Featuring RAYS’ traditional 10-spoke layout for excellent stress dispersion and sharp road feedback, the 57NR adds new structural upgrades to handle today’s heavier, higher-powered builds. A reinforced C-FORM structure between spokes boosts rigidity to help the wheel maintain a true, perfect circle under extreme load. Pair that with the newly developed H.S.PLUS (High Strength Technology) strengthening the inner rim, and you get a wheel designed to maximize traction, tire grip, and machine power—without unnecessary weight.

C-FORM Reinforcement

Modern performance cars are heavier and produce more torque—so strength and power transfer matter more than ever. The C-FORM design strengthens the spoke windows using a motorsports-derived approach that increases rigidity while minimizing weight gain.

H.S.PLUS Inner Rim Technology

The 57NR adopts H.S.PLUS (High Strength+), a special process applied to the inner rim that controls tension and compression stress—dramatically improving inner rim strength without adding weight.

A.M.T. (Advanced Machining Technology)

RAYS’ patented A.M.T. machining engraves brand logos and credits directly onto complex curved surfaces with a sharp, 3D-like finish—replacing stickers and molded marks for a cleaner, more premium look.

Knurling Finish

Knurling on the bead seat helps reduce wheel-to-tire slip under heavy traction, minimizing traction loss and helping maintain tire balance during hard driving.

EH2+ Hump (Select Sizes Only)

For drift setups running lower tire pressures, EH2+ helps reduce bead-drop risk.
